Large Retail & Showrooms
Acres of floor. Ready before the doors unlock.
Overnight cleaning for large-format retail, appliance and electronics showrooms across metro Atlanta. Showroom floors, checkouts, vestibules, restrooms and stockrooms — all of it handled between close and open.
What we do
In a big-box store, the floor is the product display.
A customer deciding between two refrigerators is standing on your floor while they think about it. If that floor is scuffed, hazy and streaked under the display lights, it quietly tells them something about the store — and about the products sitting on it.
Large-format retail is a floor-care problem more than anything else. Tens of thousands of square feet, carts and pallet jacks running over it all day, and a window between close and open that never feels long enough.
That window is exactly what we’re built for. Full-store overnight service, phased floor work so nothing blocks a department, and a crew big enough to actually finish.

Scope
What a large retail program covers
Showroom floors
Scrubbing, burnishing, stripping and refinishing — phased so no department ever closes.
Entrance vestibule & glass
The first surface every customer touches, and the one that shows weather fastest.
Checkout & service areas
Counters, queue lines, service desks and the floor that takes the most standing traffic in the building.
Appliance & electronics displays
Display surfaces, glass, screens and touchpoints — dust is very visible under showroom lighting.
Aisles & department floors
Routine care that keeps the finish ahead of cart traffic.
Restrooms
Customer and employee, on a set frequency with restocking.
Breakrooms & offices
The back-of-house spaces your team actually lives in.
Stockroom & loading dock
Sealed concrete, racking areas and the dock — the parts customers never see and staff always do.
Under showroom lights, every flaw is a spotlight
Retail lighting is designed to make products look good, and it does exactly the same favor for scuffs, haze and streaks on the floor beneath them.
A properly burnished showroom floor reflects those lights cleanly. It is the cheapest upgrade a big-box store can make to how expensive it feels.

Phased, so no department ever goes dark
You cannot close forty thousand square feet to strip a floor, and nobody expects you to. So we section the work and rotate through it.
Appliances one night, electronics the next, main aisles the night after. The store opens every morning with every department shoppable.

The back half counts too
Stockrooms, racking aisles and loading docks are where your team spends their day, and they are usually the last thing to get any attention.
Sealed concrete cleaning and dock service go on the same program, because a clean back of house is a safety issue as much as an appearance one.

Most commercial cleaning gets sold on price per square foot, then quietly handed to whoever was cheapest and free that night. That’s why quality slides after month two — the scope was never real to begin with. We build yours from an actual walkthrough of your actual building, on your actual hours. Then we send the same crew who learned it. Boring? Completely. It’s also the only thing that makes month five look like month one.

Questions
Frequently asked
Can you handle a store our size overnight?
That is the specialty. Large-format square footage is a crew-size and sequencing problem, and we scope both from a walkthrough. Tell us your square footage and your close-to-open window and we will tell you what it takes.
Do we have to close a department for floor work?
No. We phase floor work by section and rotate through the store over several nights, so every department is shoppable every morning. Closing a department to clean it is a last resort, not a plan.
How do you protect merchandise and displays?
Everything gets agreed in the walkthrough. We work around displays rather than moving stock, and anything that needs to be moved gets moved by your team or with your sign-off — never on our own initiative.
Can you clean the stockroom and loading dock too?
Yes, and we would encourage it. Sealed concrete in stockrooms and docks responds very well to routine scrubbing, and it is a safety win as much as an appearance one.
What about the entrance vestibule in bad weather?
It gets priority. The vestibule is where every customer forms their first impression and where rain and grit get tracked in. On wet stretches it needs more frequent attention, and we build that into the plan.
How do you handle security and after-hours access?
We follow whatever protocol you already run — alarm codes, a manager on site, security escort, or badge access. The same crew works your store, so the process becomes routine rather than a nightly negotiation.
