What we do

A hotel never closes. Your cleaning shouldn’t need it to.

Housekeeping is stretched, the weekend is fully booked, and the cleanliness comments in your scores have stopped being about guest rooms and started being about the lobby and the corridors. You’ve probably seen exactly that pattern.

Public areas soil faster than guest rooms and get a fraction of the attention, because rooms have to turn by 3pm and something has to give. We take the public side overnight — lobby, corridors, elevators, fitness, breakfast area, restrooms and event space — so your housekeepers can stay on rooms.

And when you’re short-staffed or slammed, we scale up. That’s the part GMs actually call us about.

Scope

What a hotel program covers

Lobby & front of house

The space every guest forms an opinion in. Floors, glass, seating, and the front desk surround.

Corridors & elevators

Carpet, wall bases, doors, cab interiors and tracks — the highest-traffic surfaces in the building.

Guest rooms & bathrooms

Turnover support and deep-clean rotation when your housekeeping team needs the hands.

Fitness center

Equipment touchpoints, mirrors, mats and floors, disinfected on a documented routine.

Breakfast & dining area

Tables, chairs, service counters, floors and the surfaces guests touch before coffee.

Ballroom & conference space

Reset and turnover between events, on the event calendar rather than a fixed schedule.

Public restrooms

Fixtures, partitions, mirrors, floors and restocking on a set frequency.

Periodic deep cleaning

Carpet extraction, hard-floor restoration and the detail work daily housekeeping can never reach.

Guests score the lobby, not the linen closet

A guest walks past your lobby floor four times a day and through your corridor eight. Those two surfaces shape the cleanliness score far more than anything a housekeeper does behind a closed door.

Which is exactly why they should not be whatever housekeeping has time for at 4pm. They get their own overnight scope.

Coverage on the weekend you’re short two people

Every GM knows the feeling. Two call-outs, a full house, and a checkout list that will not shrink. Something is going to slip and it is usually the public side.

We can scale up for a weekend, a season or a conference. Having that number in your phone is worth something even on the weeks you do not call it.

Event turnarounds that actually hit the clock

A wedding breaks down at midnight and a corporate breakfast sets at 6am. Nobody cares how hard that is — the room just has to be ready.

We work to the event calendar, not to a fixed nightly routine, so turnarounds land on time.

Most commercial cleaning gets sold on price per square foot, then quietly handed to whoever was cheapest and free that night. That’s why quality slides after month two — the scope was never real to begin with. We build yours from an actual walkthrough of your actual building, on your actual hours. Then we send the same crew who learned it. Boring? Completely. It’s also the only thing that makes month five look like month one.

Questions

Frequently asked

Can you support housekeeping without replacing it?

That is the most common way we work with hotels. Your team keeps guest rooms and we take the public areas overnight, or we add hands on rooms during a crunch. Nobody loses their job and the scores stop slipping.

Do you work overnight in public areas?

Yes. Lobby, corridors, fitness and breakfast areas get done when guest traffic is lowest, which is both better for the guest experience and faster for us.

Can you cover when we’re short-staffed?

Yes, and we would rather you called early than waited until Friday afternoon. Give us as much notice as you can and we will build the coverage. Short notice is still worth a call — sometimes we can help.

Do you do carpet extraction in corridors and meeting rooms?

Yes, on a periodic rotation. Corridor carpet takes more traffic than almost any surface in the building, and traffic-lane soiling is what makes a hallway look tired even when it is technically clean.

How do you keep crews from disturbing guests?

Overnight scheduling, low-noise equipment where we can, and crews who understand that a hotel corridor at 2am has sleeping people on both sides of it. This is a big part of how we train.

Can you meet our brand-standard requirements?

Send us the standard and we will build the scope to it. Brand audits are specific and we would rather work from your actual checklist than guess at it.
