What happens after I get in touch?
We arrange a walkthrough at a time that suits your operation — often after close or before open. We look at floors, fixtures, traffic and hours, then send a written scope. Nobody quotes a number before seeing the building.
How quickly can you start?
Usually within a week or two of the walkthrough, depending on scope and building access. If you are in a bind because a vendor walked away, say so when you call and we will tell you honestly what we can do.
Do you work overnight?
Almost always. The whole model is built around cleaning while your business is closed, so your team and your customers never work around a crew.
Are you insured?
Yes, and we will send a certificate of insurance before we start. You should ask every vendor this and expect it without chasing.
