Corporate & Office Buildings
Your tenants stop emailing you about the building.
Overnight office cleaning for corporate buildings, multi-tenant properties and professional campuses across metro Atlanta. We work while the building is empty, so your first meeting walks into a space that already looks handled.
What we do
A building that looks managed, every single morning.
Here’s the thing about office cleaning: nobody notices it when it’s right. They notice the smudged glass door, the restroom that ran out of paper at 2pm, the lobby floor that’s gone dull. Those little things quietly tell every visitor what kind of building this is.
We handle the whole picture — lobbies, elevators, workstations, boardrooms, restrooms, breakrooms, glass and floors — on a schedule built around your operating hours. Most of it happens overnight, so nobody in your building watches a vacuum go by during a client call.
Good news? This is the most fixable problem in facility management. It just takes a real scope and a crew that comes back.

Scope
What a corporate program covers
Lobbies & reception
The first eight seconds of your building. Glass, stone, seating, reception surfaces and entry mats.
Restrooms
Fixtures, mirrors, partitions, dispensers and floors — stocked and serviced on a set frequency, not when someone complains.
Workstations & offices
Desks, shared surfaces, phones, monitor stands and touchpoints, cleaned after hours.
Boardrooms & meeting space
Conference tables, chairs straightened, embedded power and AV surfaces wiped down.
Breakrooms & pantries
Counters, sinks, appliance exteriors, tables and the microwave nobody wants to talk about.
Elevators & common areas
Cab interiors, tracks, corridors, stairwells and shared landings.
Glass & entry partitions
Interior glass, entry doors and partitions — the surfaces fingerprints find first.
Hard floors & carpet
Routine care plus periodic scrubbing, burnishing and extraction as your finish needs it.
The lobby does your talking
Every tenant tour, every client visit, every interview starts in the same twenty feet of floor. A dull entry and a smudged glass door undo a lot of good work upstairs.
We treat the lobby as its own scope — stone and reception surfaces, glass, entry mats, seating and the elevator lobby — because it carries more weight than its square footage suggests.

Restrooms are where complaints start
Ask any property manager where tenant emails come from and you’ll hear the same answer. Restrooms are the one space every person in the building uses and judges.
So they get a set frequency, a checklist and restocking — not a reaction to a complaint that already got sent.

Floors that stay ahead of the traffic
Corridors and common areas take the most foot traffic and show it first. Left alone, soil grinds into the finish and the floor stops responding to routine cleaning.
We keep hard floors on a maintenance rhythm — scrub, burnish, recoat — so you’re restoring a finish instead of replacing a floor.

Most commercial cleaning gets sold on price per square foot, then quietly handed to whoever was cheapest and free that night. That’s why quality slides after month two — the scope was never real to begin with. We build yours from an actual walkthrough of your actual building, on your actual hours. Then we send the same crew who learned it. Boring? Completely. It’s also the only thing that makes month five look like month one.

Questions
Frequently asked
Do you clean during business hours or after?
After, almost always. The whole model is built around working while your building is empty — overnight or off-peak — so your tenants and staff never work around a cleaning crew. If a space genuinely needs daytime coverage, that’s what a day porter is for, and we can add one.
How do you handle building access and keys?
However your building already does it. Keys, fobs, badges, a lockbox, or coordination with your building engineer and security desk — we follow your protocol, and the same crew uses it every night so there’s no rotating cast of strangers.
Can you cover more than one building?
Yes, and that’s usually where we do our best work. Same standards, same reporting and one point of contact across the whole portfolio, so you’re not managing six vendors with six different ideas of “clean.”
What happens if something gets missed?
You tell us and we fix it, fast. More importantly we find out why it happened — a scope gap, a schedule change, a crew change — because a miss that gets patched but not explained becomes a monthly miss.
How do you price a building you haven’t seen?
We don’t. Square footage alone tells us almost nothing: fixture counts, floor types, traffic, hours and finish condition move the number far more. That’s why the first step is a walkthrough, not a phone quote.
Are your crews insured?
Yes, and we’ll send a certificate of insurance before we ever start. Property managers ask this early and they should — a vendor who can’t produce a COI quickly isn’t a vendor.
